Struggling to manage unacceptable behaviour in the workplace or how to respond to a grievance one of your team has raised? This webinar is for you! The Code Total HR team receive many calls on our helpline from practice owners and managers unsure of how to identify and manage unacceptable behaviour, often finding it easier to ignore the issues, rather than risk getting it wrong, resulting in a potentially costly mistake or more grievances. Ideally employers should always aim to resolve employee issues informally. When you do have to take formal action it is essential that you have a good understanding of when and how to implement procedures effectively. Not only to meet your legal obligations but in order to create a fair and harmonic environment, which is key to a productive workplace. During the webinar we will look at the legal framework around grievances, the importance of responding to them and how to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice. We will also provide useful tips to avoid making the most common and expensive errors.
