You and your team members will be provided with a web and smartphone application to manage sickness, absence, holidays and their key HR documents.

Additional onsite Expert help is also available as and when you need it as part of our consultancy support add-on.

Legal expenses cover will empower you to pursue or defend your commercial legal rights in the future. With support from ARAG you and your business could be protected from legal costs arising from:

Bespoke self-employed and employee contracts

If you need specific contracts for dentists, hygienists, therapists, nurses, receptionists, trainees etc., that are not already provided by CODE, or you want to have extensive modification of an existing CODE contract, this can be provided for £175 per hour. An estimate will be provided before the work commences.

Additional Expert HR support by phone and email

If you don’t have the benefit of CODE Total HR and Employment Law Service, which gives you unlimited phone and email support, you can purchase 180 minutes of telephone and email support by an HR consultant to use as and when you need it. The cost is £190 and the support provided, is calculated by rounding up to the nearest minute.

Please note that the unused minutes expire after 12 months.


Complete set up of your web and phone HR application

The CODE HR application for web browser and smartphone is used to manage team sickness, absence, holidays and store their confidential staff documents such as contracts or discipline letters. CODE can set this up for all of your team members for £22 per team member with a minimum fee of £220.


HR consultant support at your practice

If you need an HR consultant to spend time at your practice for case management or HR issues including:

  • Investigations
  • Disciplinary matters
  • Grievance
  • Capability
  • Redundancy
  • TUPE Consultations
  • Settlement Meetings
  • Appeals
  • All follow up actions

This can be provided at a day rate of £850
