CODE Seminars - Maintaining compliance when CQC requirements are changing
London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester

Everything you need to know when you need to know it

The Francis Inquiry recommended standards of quality below which care should never fail and the DH agreed to incorporate them as requirements for health and social care providers registering with the CQC. This means the CQC registration requirements and inspection regime are to change. This has implications for you to maintain compliance.

This seminar addresses the practicalities of updating your systems to maintain compliance. It will answer the questions: what are the compliance requirements now? How will they change? What additional demands will they impose?

Presented by Paul Mendlesohn (Chief Executive of CODE), Tim Eldridge (Chairman of CODE) and Amit Koshal (entrepreneur dentist), this one-day seminar will give you an overview of all dental compliance reuirements and how to meet them.

During the day you will develop an action plan for your practice compliance. You will be introduced to the new CQC fundamental standards and CODE members will find out how to use the management modules and iCOMPLY to simplify compliance and CQC requirements.

There will be break-out sessions for iCOMPLY Application users. The seminar is taking place at four locations around the country and there are special rates for CODE members and their teams.

They want clarification of what is happening regarding the forms and how their services will be affected. Here we confirm the changes taking place at NHS Dental Services, including a new paper FP17 and additional data required on the electronic FP17. You can read more here.

iCOMPLY - Practice management and compliance automatically
iCOMPLY is now in beta testing. It automatically schedules compliance and essential practice management in an online calendar. You can use it on a PC, iPad or tablet.
Your year of activities are listed in a calendar/scheduler with a daily email to remind you of the tasks that need to be done to stay compliant and perform your essential practice management tasks. The CODE modules are built right in and you can access them from the relevant activity. For example if you are working on the safe use of x-rays, the relevant modules are linked to the activity you are working with. Work can be delegated to team members and they will each have their own dashboard and email reminders. You can also print off a compliance report at any time/ You can read more here.
